2010 Worlds will be held on Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas, January 2-9, 2010.

Registration will open after the 2009 Worlds.   www.49erworlds.org

Accommodations: The event is being held at an all-inclusive resort.  Sailors will sail off the beach in front of the hotel property.  It is highly recommended that pre-reservations be made.   25% downpayment can be made now to hold the room with the balance due Sept. 1, 2009.   NOTE: discounted rates start Jan 2-10.  Any reservations prior or after will be normal rates.

Shipping: information here  Shipping from Miami for NA sailors into Freeport, Grand Bahamas.  Freeport is the main port for the island and all other container ships will also use this port. Containers & roll-on/roll-off available. See the document above.
